Shipping & Returns
All orders purchased online through our website calmakoala.com.au are shipped by Sendle and processed within 48 hours of the order being placed during business hours. Business hours are Monday to Friday (minus NSW public holidays) 9am - 5pm AEST. Please allow 2-3 days for east coast shipping Australia , 3 - 7 days for west Australia shipping, and up to 4 weeks for international shipping. If you have concerns regarding delivery times please contact us prior to placing your order.
You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped already. Calma Koala™ does not offer a refund due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, please ask all questions before placing your order.
In the unlikely event the product has a manufacturing defect or it was damaged during delivery, we will offer the option of a replacement product or full refund. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues you have as quickly as possible.

Can I return my Koala?
Due to the nature of the product we can not accept returns for hygiene reasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If you chose regular shipping within Australia please allow up to 5 days for delivery. If you chose express delivery please allow 1-3 days for delivery.
What is it made out of?
Calma Koala™ is made out of 100% medical grade silicone.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Yes you can, you can submerge the toy in water.
Where is Calma Koala™ made?
Calma Koala™ is made in Melbourne Australia.
Can I sterilise it?
Yes you can sterilise it by heating it in boiling water, do not leave it for an extended period of time.
What age is it suitable for?
We recommend 0-3 years but Calma Koala™ is loved by all ages.
I bought my product in store can I return it to you?
Unfortunately not, you must deal with the stockist whom you bought the item from.

Payment Methods and Processing
All prices on this website are in Australian dollars. We accept payment via Pal Pal and via our secure Merchant banking with Westpac. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and business hours are 9am - 5pm.
Taxes
All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of Taxes except for items that are exempt from Taxes. Items that include Taxes, will be clearly marked on the invoice.
